Climb on board The Rusty Iris at the free Tom Tom Block party! Rusty will be parked on the Charlottesville Downtown Mall and Fourth Street (think Timberlake's Drug Store.) Don't miss the fire spinning shows by Bad Hat Fire at 8:30pm and 9:30pm, with special guest Kahlil Banning from Aspiring Clown!
